GoCar Azerbaijan operates as an online booking platform connecting customers with local car rental suppliers in Azerbaijan. The rental agreement is between the customer and the selected rental provider. Each provider may have its own additional terms which must be followed at pick-up.
2. Reservation Requirements
To rent a vehicle, customers must provide valid identification, a driver’s license, and meet the minimum age requirement as specified by the rental supplier. Additional documents may be required depending on the provider.
3. Payment & Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are based on the selected dates, car type, and availability. Some rentals may require a deposit or prepayment. Final payment conditions are shown during checkout. Any optional extras or insurance added at pick-up may incur additional costs.
4. Insurance & Liability
All cars include basic insurance as required by local laws. Optional coverage (if available) may be purchased to reduce your liability in case of damage or theft. Customers are responsible for following local traffic rules and returning the car in the agreed condition.
5. Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier. Full or partial refunds may be provided according to the rules shown in your booking confirmation. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may affect the price.
6. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled pick-up. Late arrival without notice may result in cancellation by the rental supplier. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location and time as stated in the rental contract.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Use the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner
- Maintain the fuel level according to supplier’s policy
- Immediately report any accident or technical issue
- Ensure only authorized drivers use the vehicle
8. Personal Belongings
GoCar Azerbaijan and rental suppliers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items inside the vehicle.

10. Legal Compliance
